This shoot was a lot of fun. Kayla is a lot of fun! I loved her hanging pant window so much that I requested we take photos in her dining room before taking off to shoot in some tall pines. Her home + DIY projects are as amazing as her yoga classes - I can’t say enough good things about this genuine, murder mystery watching’, hilarious human.

THURSDAY: 5:45 AM
HIIT & Flow (Unheated) >> @ OPEN DOORS YOGA STUDIO - TAUNTON, MA
This 60 minute class has two parts. 30 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training (Cardio and strength intensive) followed by 30 minutes of vinyasa flow to cool down. High Intensity Interval Training uses timed segments to move through high cardio and strength segments, followed by short rest breaks. This format kicks the body into fat burn mode and breaks a serious sweat. The class will be followed by a 30 minute flow to cool the body down and stretch everything out.

11:11 THE PRACTICE- HEAT >> @ RITUAL SWEAT SOCIETY - DARTMOUTH, MA
11:11 HEAT replaces the cardio aspect of class with strength building arm balances, inversions, and backbends. The room is heated to 90 degrees and also uses an infrared heat lamp to warm up the muscles and improve blood flow. We use our 11 primary poses to target specific muscle groups, work the core, go through 11 sun salutations, and bring awareness to the 7 chakras. This class is guaranteed to make you sweat, stretch, and release. *This is a heated class*

Power Yoga (Hot) (Level 2 & 3) >> @ OPEN DOORS YOGA STUDIO - TAUNTON, MA
Power Yoga is a flowing blend of different styles of yoga. Every class has a different sequence (Open Flow) and intensity level, depending on the instructor. Practice may include inversions and hand balance postures It is HEAT based, active and intense class. At least five to ten previous Moderate Power or Intro to Power Yoga classes are recommended. High Intensity and High Heat 95 Degrees or higher.

11:11 SWIFT is our 45 minute class using a set sequence of poses that are repeated intentionally. Each class will utilize the same primary 11 poses, done in a specific order to promote growth and focus while increasing strength, stability, and flexibility. We then move through a cardio surge and reverse the class in true palindrome fashion. Dont short yourself just because you are short on time! * This class may be heated per instructor preference*
